Vodka.com was sold for $3,000,000 at Sedo.
Roy Messer sold Vodka.com to Russian Standard Co., the makers of Imperia brand vodka.
Russian Standard run by billionaire entrepreneur Roustam Tariko, invited Messer and Sedo’s Director of Brokerage, Christian Kalled, to come to Saint Petersburg, Russia to meet face to face with him in an effort to buy Vodka.com. The deal was finally done at $3 million. Taking that into consideration, I am sure that Russian Standard is not even aware that Vodkas.com is currently on auction, since they had approached Roy Messer for Vodka.com.
The auction ends in 9 hours and someone will walk away with the steal of the century on a valuable domain if Vodkas.com sells for anything less than $50,000.
